Many people concern so much why it is difficult to insure a car. In one side, people want to get his/her car protected by insuring the car, but in the other side it is difficult to insure certain cars. People might question and curious why it is difficult to insure a car.
Now, let us start with a simple simulation and take an example on how difficult it is to insure a car,  a Fiat Cinquecento. For some people, they find it is more difficult to insure Fiat Cinquecento. The main reason is that Fiat Cinquecento was produced in 1991

Automotive cars are made as light as possible in order to render the weight and speed up the power.

Thus, as a consequent of this condition, it is more difficult to insure a car; especially the cars with above revealed details of specification and usage. Learning from that revelation, I suppose that the insurance company is thinking that the insurance policy for the kind of cars is too risky for the insurance company. That is why the reason why it is difficult to insure a car; difficult to insure certain cars.
